Missions Are an incredible way to put in to practice the things you are learning through Bible Study. For a long time, short missions trips have been a requirement for graduation from the Calvary Chapel Bible College program. And although we are an extension school, we offer many opportunities for students to fullfil this requirement.
One way to get involved and discover some of the opportunities available would be through our monthly “Missionary Care Team” meetings. These meetings are used to pray & encourage the missionaries that Calvary Chapel Castle Rock supports. And are also used to help plan short terms mission trips.
Here are the details:
Held the 4th Sunday of every month
@ Calvary Chapel Castle Rock
1pm-2pm in room 4
If the Lord is stirring you up in the area of missions or if you are needing to plan a short term trip for a graduation requirement, we would love if you could join us!

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to let you know that we had a huge mishap with our online class website. We weren’t able to restore most of the website and will have to rebuild it before it can be used to take online courses. Fortunately we didn’t lose any of the class audio, video or files.
We will be re-launching the site in time for the Fall semester at which point we are going to switch to an open enrollment system for classes so you can register any time of year.

Lori and I had the opportunity to visit the Calvary Chapel Bible Collge extension campus in the North Fork Valley yesterday. It was really cool to finally see the campus and talk with some of the staff.
CCBC Colorado is the only full program campus in Colorado to offer a full 20 credit semester including room and board. It also happens to be located in one of the most breathtaking valleys I have ever seen. The property is also home to camp Id-ra-ha-je West, a summer camp for surrounding Churches. The property recently came under new management last year by Jeff Christianson. He is running the camp, Bible college, and has also become the pastor of a small fellowship in the nearby town of Paonia. With three kids and one on the way, Jeff & Jennie definitely have their hands full…
Because of the vicinity and the unique programs offered by this particular campus, there are some great opportunities here to get involved as a Bible College student…
For Example:
Volunteer at the camp for the summer for M199 credits
Attend a 1 week block class in the Spring or Fall. Each semester they fly out pastors/teachers from different parts of the country to teach an intensive 1 week class for full credit. Some of these classes are even held in the wilderness on full week backpacking trips!
Attend for a full 20 credit semester as a transfer student.
Please contact our front office for more information on any of these special guest student programs.
Here are a few pictures…

Hey everyone, thanks for visiting our new blog!
In case you’re not familiar with who we are… Calvary Chapel Bible College is a ministry dedicated to teaching God’s Word in a classroom environment, raising up disciples, and sending people out to make an impact for Jesus in the community and around the world.
The first Bible College was started in 1975 in Southern California as an off-shoot ministry of Calvary Chapel. It quickly spread to include many extension schools and campusus around the country and world. There are now more than 16 full time campuses and over 36 extension schools.
=====
The Castle Rock Bible College Extension School was started in early 2008. After completing the CCBC accreditation process, we started teaching classes in the summer of ‘08. We offer a part time program through live classes held on location at Calvary Chapel Castle Rock with 3 semesters per year. Each semester typically has 2 full credit courses available for students. We also offer a full online Bible College complete with video, course material, and full access to college faculty.
We hope you’ll prayerfully consider attending Calvary Chapel Bible College, either through our on-location program, through online courses, or through one of the many excellent campuses around the country.
